Nou Transport acquires 20 RENAULT TRUCKS D WIDE to expand its fleet of carrier vehicles
Logistics company Nou Transport, based in Barcelona, Lleida and Girona, has strengthened its confidence in Renault Trucks and in Motor Tàrrega. After testing the Gama T with the acquisition of two vehicles and working for four years with four premium carriers, it is committed to expanding its fleet of vehicle carriers by acquiring 20 D wide 430 dual-gender units.
Nou Transport, founded in 2002 from more than 30 years of experience in the sector, focuses its activity in the national and international logistics sector, operating with general merchandise and vehicle carriers. It is one of the Catalan logistics companies with the highest growth in the sector in recent years, and has a fleet of more than 100 vehicles in continuous renewal. The acquisition of the new Renault Trucks represents for the company a commitment to innovation, sustainability and efficiency, three of the flagship values of Nou Transport.
This acquisition was made through Motor Tárrega Trucks, Renault Trucks concessionaire for the provinces of Lleida, Girona and part of Barcelona. The proximity of the different locations of both companies, together with the opening of a new service point for Motor Tàrrega in Figueres and the mutual commitment to quality, will enhance the operational efficiency of Nou Transport for the future.
The 20 new D Wide 430 dual-carrier carriers incorporate the Fuel Eco package, which includes Power Disabled Mode, Automatic Engine Shutdown, Eco Cruise Control, Optidriver gearbox, Disconnectable Air Compressor and Variable Flow Steering Pump, Among other innovations.
The configuration of this vehicle specially designed to fulfill its function, with a minimum cabin height and chassis, exceptional payload capacity and front axle, engine power and front and rear air suspension make this vehicle a solution of Efficiency and savings that will again be at the service of Nou Transport customers to offer them the quality of service that characterizes them.
